What to expect at your first appointment:

Upon arrival, a team member will greet you in our patient waiting area and you will be asked to fill in a medical history form.

During your appointment the dentist will take the time to fully get to know you, learn about your past history and understand your personal needs and wants.

Our dentist will conduct a thorough examination of your teeth and oral tissues and assess for any dental disease present. They will provide with an overview of any dental conditions and respond to any concerns you have been having.

A personalised treatment plan will be produced and include different options where applicable as well as costs involved and the time frame for treatment.

At Hampstead Dental Practice we understand the importance of preventive dental care and all new patients will be recommended a thorough cleaning as part of your treatment plan. We will also take time to discuss your home care routine to help you prevent future dental disease and minimise the need for future treatment.

If your first visit with us is for an emergency, whether pain, a broken tooth or another issue, we will address your main problem and provide appropriate treatment in order to get you out of trouble.
